What will you be storing in the container?

However, if you are using it specifically for a food-based industry, you need to ensure the container is classified as ‘food standard’ before purchasing. How old is the container?

We always say that the newer a container, the better. There is less risk of rusting or structural deficiencies, especially if the container has been used for shipping for a large portion of its life. It may be slightly more costly, but a one-trip (or nearly new) 10-year-old container will provide you with greater storage life and security than a 20-year-old container.

Can I come and see the containers?

We've got a site where we store containers, so there is no issue with you coming to potentially choose your container.  We may however be moving a container from another site to yours instead of from our base, but you'll definitely be able to meet our team, see the quality of our containers, and have all your questions answered.

How do I get the container to where it needs to be?

This is one of the key concerns we have found; the costs of moving the container can be high, especially if the company does not have their own transport arm or methods of transferring the container. 

Thankfully, at ST Containers, we have a transport fleet we can call on to ensure that your container not only gets to where you want it, but, using a system called what3words, it can go exactly where you want it. Not only that, but we have the experience to move anything, anywhere – no job is too complicated for our experienced and knowledgeable team.

We price for container & and delivery

We provide a competitive price for rental or purchase along with the delivery and collection fees.

Once everything is in place we will provide the hire or sale documents and contracts (that protect us all) and agree your delivery date.
